How do I register SideTick?

To register for SideTick click here.

What if I forget my password?

In case you forget your password, launch the SideTick application and access the Settings & Help tab or click here. Under this tab there is a link which says "forgot password ?". Click on it to access a page which will ask you for your username (which is the e-mail address you specified during registration). After confirming your username, we will email your password.

Do I have to register SideTick?

Yes. Registration is free so their is no worry of any fees.

How do I install and run SideTick?

To install the application make sure your download it first by clicking here. Double click the downloaded installer to complete installation and once completed launch the SideTick application.

How do I set SideTick to always run on top of all of my active windows?

If you would like to always keep the SideTick application window running on top of all of your active windows, access the Settings & Help tab and click the "always on top" check box to turn this feature on.

What do I need to run SideTick?

We recommend that you have Windows XP installed as well as a high speed internet connection. We currently do not offer a version for Macintosh computers.

Can I install SideTick on more than one computer?

Yes. If you have registered SideTick, you are granted a license to install the application on any of your personal computers.

Does SideTick work for the MAC?

At this time, we do not offer a version for the MAC. However, we are looking into development of such a version for a later release.

Are quotes real time or delayed?

All quotes are delayed as per exchange rules: 15 minutes delayed for NASDAQ, 20 minutes delayed for NYSE.

How often do the quotes update?

The stock quotes automatically update every 1 minute.

Why are the last trade times in the Stock Table tab not all the same?

As per exchange rules, stocks listed on the NYSE are delayed 20 minutes. NASDAQ listed stocks are delayed 15 minutes. In addition to delayed quote intervals, not every company trades aggressively throughout the day. If you see a stock that is clearly lagging behind in last trade time versus other stocks, this is probably because the stock has not traded since the latest displayed last trade time.

Do you ever update the SideTick software with new features?

Absolutely! Celetrade Corporation takes pride in researching and discovering cutting edge innovations for the financial markets. As such, we will be releasing updated versions of the software in the near future. Any new version will be made available as a download directly through your existing application.

How do I tell my friends about SideTick?

There are 2 ways for you to do this.

1. Use our tell-a-friend page to send them the details or

2. From the Settings & Help tab in the SideTick application, click on the tell-a-friend link.
